You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Any attempt to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings is strictly prohibited in the use, either partially or fully, of the services offered by our platform.

OUFA TRAVEL reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time, based on changes to the website or applicable regulations. It is the responsibility of each user to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates or changes.

1) Definitions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

"User" : Any individual or legal entity accessing the platform http://www.oufatravel.com in order to benefit from chauffeur-driven vehicle transport services.

"Initial Pickup" : The exact moment when the first passenger begins boarding the coach.

"Final Drop-off" : The moment when the last passenger finishes disembarking from the coach.

"Availability" : The period during which the chauffeur is made available to the passenger(s) and their companions to ensure their transportation. The chauffeur performs as many round trips as necessary, within the time frame set during the initial booking by the passenger(s).

2) Application of General Terms and Conditions

The website http://www.oufatravel.com serves as a booking and connecting platform between users and transporters specialized in group passenger transport. OUFA TRAVEL thus facilitates the connection between any individual, whether private or professional, seeking chauffeur-driven road transport services departing from France.

The platform allows its users to search for various chauffeur-driven vehicle transport services, including transfers, one-way trips, as well as the provision of vehicles with chauffeurs for a full day, half-day, or evening.

The vehicles offered are those belonging to the partner transporters affiliated through the platform http://www.oufatravel.com.

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, any booking made via OUFA TRAVEL implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions. These terms take precedence over any other documents issued by the company, such as brochures or catalogs, which are for informational purposes only. No special condition can override these terms, unless written and prior agreement from OUFA TRAVEL is obtained.

OUFA TRAVEL also reserves the right to subcontract all or part of its services to duly registered companies.

Booking a vehicle via the oufatravel.com platform signifies the client’s total adherence to the general and specific sales conditions in effect on the day of the booking, along with their acceptance without any reservations.

3) Booking

3.1) User's Request Formulation

The user's request must specify the purpose and characteristics of the desired service, such as:

  • Regarding the dates, times, and itinerary:
    • The date, time, and locations for the start and end of the vehicle’s availability.
    • The date, time, and location of the passengers' initial pick-up, as well as the date, time, and location of their final drop-off.
    • If applicable, information regarding intermediate stops (date, time, and location).
    • If applicable, the itinerary imposed by the client. If the arrival time is imperative due to a connection or other constraints, this must be expressly stated by the client.
  • Regarding the composition of the group to be transported:
    • The maximum number of passengers constituting the group;
    • The number of persons with reduced mobility, specifically the number of wheelchair users;
    • The number of minors under the age of eighteen in the case of group transport of children, as well as the number of accompanying persons planned.

Following the user's request, OUFA TRAVEL will submit a price proposal (quote) aimed at best meeting the expressed needs, including the amount of the envisaged service. The user retains the full freedom to accept or reject the offer presented, based on objective criteria such as deadlines, the geographical area concerned, or pricing conditions.

No booking will be validated by OUFA TRAVEL unless the vehicles are available and a deposit is paid upon confirmation of this availability.

It is imperative that any transport request be preceded by a prior reservation. In the absence of receiving a quote or an order form duly signed by the user, and without formal confirmation from OUFA TRAVEL, no booking will be considered firm or taken into account.

3.2) Booking Confirmation

For the booking to be considered final, the user must return the completed quote or order form to OUFA TRAVEL, including the following elements:

– Application of the stamp (if applicable), the date, the signature accompanied by the handwritten note "Approved," as well as the billing address;

– Payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total service amount at the time of the order, with the balance to be paid before the service is executed, by any accepted payment method;

– Provision of credit card details as a guarantee;

– Transmission of complete contact details of a person in charge on-site, the number of passengers, the exact pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the detailed itinerary of the trip.

In the absence of complete information or in case of errors in the provided data, OUFA TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for any shortcomings in the execution of the transport service. No compensation or indemnity may be claimed in this context.

Specific note regarding Monaco : The circulation of coaches in Monaco is subject to strict regulations. Pick-ups at the Casino Square are prohibited unless prior authorization is obtained from the Hôtel de Paris. The authorized pick-up and drop-off points are limited to hotels, the Grimaldi parking, and the Fishermen’s parking lot.

4) Applicable Law

This contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.

5) Services

5.1) Transfers

The transfer service consists of a direct journey between a departure point (Point A) and an arrival point (Point B), following a pre-defined itinerary.

5.2) Vehicle Hire (with Driver)

Users of the http://www.oufatravel.com platform can reserve a vehicle with driver for a duration and itinerary defined in advance. The selected hours include the driver's waiting time. These services are tailored for various contexts such as private events, business needs, entertainment, or leisure activities.

Daily rentals are offered as packages, based on the ratio between time and distance traveled. Several packages are available and can be adjusted according to the user’s specific needs. The most common packages include, for example:

  • Half-day package: 4 hours (e.g., from 08:00 to 12:00)
  • Full-day package: 8 hours (e.g., from 08:00 to 16:00)
  • Evening package: 5 hours (e.g., from 19:00 to midnight)

5.3) Excursions

The excursion service involves organizing transport according to a route defined by the user at the time of booking. It is important to note that modifying the itinerary during the excursion is not permitted.

6) Pricing

The rates applied by oufatravel.com are fixed or package-based and vary depending on the duration, distance of the trip, and time schedules. These rates are available at any time upon request by the user. They are also published on the platform for reference as package options, and the exact amount for the journey is communicated at the time of booking by our team.

No disputes regarding the service price will be accepted after the client has approved the quotation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the proposed price is suitable before entering into the contract, acknowledging that it is a flat-rate price.

Prices include:

  • The vehicle with driver (subject to availability at the time of booking)
  • Highway tolls
  • The prices provided include VAT at the rate in effect at the time of the transport service, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the date of the trip.

Not included in the rates:

  • Airport or train station taxes
  • Extra hour: €90 (daytime) and €190 (nighttime, between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM), in case of delay beyond the initially scheduled time
  • Unlimited passenger insurance, according to the insurance policy of the appointed carrier at the time of service
  • Mileage calculated based on the route specified in the itinerary
  • Carbon offset contributions
  • Parking fees
  • Driver’s meals if the trip takes place during certain hours of the day or night
  • Any entry fees not included in the package, unplanned tolls, overnight accommodation costs for the driver, as well as meals for the driver(s) during personalized trips occurring at specific times
  • Miscellaneous expenses and any additional services requested at the time of booking
  • Additional onboard services (*)

*Upon request, you may benefit from extra onboard services such as:

  • Beverages, including mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices
  • Reading materials, such as newspapers and magazines
  • Catering, in the form of breakfast or meal trays prepared by a quality caterer
  • Guided tour in the language of your choice
  • Airport or train station assistance, with a hostess to welcome passengers and escort them to the coach

These premium services are available at an additional cost and must be explicitly requested at the time of booking.

7) Payment Terms

Clients may pay for the service by bank transfer or credit card.

Regarding late payment penalties:

Invoices are issued according to the agreed-upon sales terms. No discount is granted for early payment. In the event of non-payment by the due date, late penalties will be automatically applied from the day following the payment deadline, at a rate of 18% per year. In addition, a fixed compensation fee of €40 will be charged to cover collection costs.

Confirmation and deposit:

The group ticket and the invoice serve as proof of transport and confirm the reservation.

Full payment for the service must be made before the service is carried out, unless otherwise specified.

For long-term services and events, installment payments or end-of-month settlements are possible, subject to the payment of a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the dates agreed upon by both parties.

8) Postponement or Cancellation

Any full cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the service. In case of cancellation, OUFA TRAVEL reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:

– From 7 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total service amount

– From 6 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total service amount

– Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the total service amount

In accordance with Article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services. As a result, the client is not entitled to any withdrawal right.

Furthermore, if the client cancels their bookings on-site for any reason, no refund will be granted.

Account creation fees are non-refundable. In the event of payment by credit card, if a cancellation and refund of the transport services occurs, a processing fee equal to 3% of the refunded amount will be retained to cover banking and handling charges.

9) Transport Conditions

9.1) Vehicle Characteristics

Each vehicle provided to the user by a carrier contracted through oufatravel.com must meet the following criteria:

– Be in good working condition and comply with all current technical and regulatory requirements;

– Be suited to the distance to be covered, the characteristics of the group being transported, and any specific requirements of the client;

– Be capable of accommodating the weight and volume of the expected luggage.


Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Therefore, any damage—whether internal or external—caused by one or more passengers will be charged to the user.

9.2) Working Conditions Applicable to Coach Users

We kindly ask our valued customers to take the following information into account when organizing their trips, regarding the working conditions applicable to coach drivers:

  • The maximum continuous driving time for a driver must not exceed 4 hours and 30 minutes. Beyond this limit, a 45-minute break must be taken. Alternatively, within the 4 hours and 30 minutes, two breaks totaling 45 minutes are required: specifically, one break of 15 minutes followed by another break of 30 minutes.
  • The maximum authorized daily driving time must not exceed 9 hours per working day (10 hours twice a week). In addition to the mandatory breaks mentioned in the first paragraph, a daily rest period of 11 consecutive hours must be observed (this may be reduced to 9 hours under strict and limited conditions).
  • The total daily working time cannot exceed 12 hours from departure to return to the depot. It may be extended to 14 hours under certain conditions.
  • For any excess of this time limit,a second driver is mandatory to relieve the first driver, up to a maximum of 18 hours. An additional fee will be charged for this.
  • A weekly rest period must be taken after six consecutive days of work. During a trip, this weekly rest must not be less than 24 consecutive hours.
  • Liability: If the client requests a change to the program or schedule during the service that leads to non-compliance with the regulations, the client may be held responsible for any violation of the applicable laws (Décret n° 92699 du 23 juillet 1992).


Consequently, we kindly ask our clients to take this regulation into account when planning and executing their trips, in order to ensure compliance with the applicable laws. Any inspection carried out by law enforcement authorities or by labor inspectors specializing in transportation could, in the event of non-compliance, result in the immobilization of the coach and its driver. Furthermore, if a violation is confirmed, the user of the platform may be held liable.

10) Services

All services and activities mentioned on the websites, brochures, and documents of oufatravel.com are provided for informational purposes only. OUFA TRAVEL cannot be held liable for any changes made after their publication.

Furthermore, any service booked but not used, whether in whole or in part, will not entitle the client to any refund, regardless of the reason.

Activities and excursions booked by the client are carried out by independent local providers, who are solely responsible for their organization.

11) Liability

oufatravel.com cannot be held responsible for any dispute, incident, or accident occurring during the execution of the services.

As an intermediary between the user and various service providers (transport companies, tour operators, etc.), oufatravel.com does not assume the individual responsibility of each service provider involved in the trip. Each provider retains its own liability.

Furthermore, oufatravel.com shall not be held liable nor owe any compensation in the event of cancellation or modification of the travel dates.

Any trip that is interrupted or shortened, or any service not consumed due to the action or inaction of the client, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.

Any special request (such as wheelchair access, excess baggage, special meals, transport of musical instruments, etc.) must be submitted in writing to oufatravel.com, which will endeavor to meet the request by coordinating with the relevant service provider. However, oufatravel.com cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the failure to meet a special request.

12) Claims & Customer Service Relations

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the agreements, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings and to exchange all necessary information to that effect. This clause applies even in cases of summary proceedings, third-party claims, multiple defendants, or warranty claims, regardless of the method or terms of payment.

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of NICE shall have jurisdiction, even in cases of summary proceedings, third-party claims, multiple defendants, or warranty claims.

13) Privacy Protection

The personal information collected by the OUFA TRAVEL teams is necessary for processing the service request. OUFA TRAVEL places great importance on the confidentiality of this data. In accordance with applicable legislation, this information is essential for handling tourist service requests, and OUFA TRAVEL makes every effort to ensure its confidentiality.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Loi n°78-17 du 6 janvier 1978), known as the "Data Protection Act" (loi informatique et libertés), the client has the right to access and rectify their personal data collected by OUFA TRAVEL for its operational needs. This right may be exercised by simply sending a request by mail to OUFA TRAVEL’s headquarters : info@oufa-travel.com

Unless you object, OUFA TRAVEL reserves the right to use this information to send you various commercial communications.

14) Insurance

In accordance with applicable regulations, oufatravel.com holds insurance coverage for its professional liability. However, this insurance in no way replaces the individual civil liability of the travel participants. Participants are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering risks such as cancellation fees, repatriation, illness, and accidents occurring during the trip.

It should be noted that, as an intermediary, the insurance covering the passengers is provided by the carrier approved by oufatravel.com, according to the user's request.

It is the responsibility of participants to verify the risks covered by the insurance policy. Once insurance has been taken out, no changes can be made to the contract. Clients will receive an excerpt of the general terms and conditions of coverage at the time of registration. In case of cancellation insurance subscription, participants must directly inform the insurer of the cancellation or any other claim, in accordance with the conditions and deadlines specified in the insurance contract.

15) Transport Regulations and Client Obligations

To ensure your safety and comfort, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following legal provisions. Public transport drivers are subject to French and E.U. regulations, which define their working conditions, particularly mandatory driving and rest periods:

Operating time: The maximum operating time is 12 hours. This is the total time between the start and end of the driver's service. A rest period of at least 8 consecutive hours must be observed before starting a new work cycle.

Daily driving duration: The maximum driving time is 9 hours per day, with an allowance to drive up to 10 hours twice a week.

Continuous driving duration: A driver may not drive for more than 4 hours and 30 minutes without a break.

Mandatory driving breaks: After 4 hours and 30 minutes of continuous driving, a 45-minute break is mandatory. This break may be split into several periods, but no single break may be shorter than 15 minutes (e.g., three 15-minute breaks).

Daily rest time: A rest period of 11 consecutive hours is required between two working days if taken at home, and 9 hours if taken away from home. This rest period can be split, but must include at least 8 consecutive hours and an additional 4 hours divided into periods of at least 1 hour (for a total of 12 hours).

Client responsibility: The client or organizer is responsible for ensuring that these rules are strictly followed (décret n°92.699 du 23 juillet 1992). In the event of non-compliance, infractions may lead to criminal penalties. During inspections, any violation of these limits may result in the immediate immobilization of the vehicle.
